Achieving Excellence through Education and Sport in Tanzania

Fredrick Ezekiel Sintau is a dedicated Games Tutor at the University of Dar es Salaam committed to nurturing students’ athletic abilities and promoting excellence in sportsmanship. With a background in physical education and a passion for fostering teamwork and resilience, Fredrick aims to inspire students with special considerations and from marginalized backgrounds. In his work with students with disabilities at the University of Dar es Salaam, Fredrick has seen firsthand the benefits of expanding access to adaptive sports within educational institutions.

During the GSMP, Fredrick hopes to learn methods for strategic planning and community engagement from experienced mentors and sports leaders. He also looks forward to networking with fellow participants, and inspiring change through sports around the world.

Fredrick will be mentored by Peter Hughes, the Athletic Director at the University of Arizona.
